APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Livonia, MI looking to add an Electrical Assembly Support Technician to their already amazing team. This role is responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic circuit boards and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **What your day will look like:

**

  • Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components in accordance with schematics, blueprints, and work instructions

  • Inspect assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and standards

  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) to support production and troubleshooting

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly defects or production issues in a timely manner

  • Prepare and organize electronic components for efficient assembly processes

  • Accurately perform manual insertion of components into PCBs with strong attention to detail

  • Support testing of PCB assemblies to confirm proper functionality and performance

  • Package and prepare completed products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and presentation

  • Consistently follow detailed procedures and work instructions to maintain high-quality production output

**What we are looking for:

**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years of experience in electronic assembly or similar manufacturing role preferred

  • Experience with circuit board assembly and soldering techniques

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
