About the Role
We are seeking a skilledIndustrial Electrical Assembly & Panel Builderto join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, PLC boards, drives, and motor controllers. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, and experience assembling and testing electrical control panels.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders
- Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems and machinery
- Assemble components, wiring, and subassemblies for control panels
- Test and verify specifications of completed components
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to meet required standards
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and terminal boards per schematics
- Participate in machine testing, diagnosing, and correcting electrical problems
- Report defective material, unusual conditions, or design errors to supervisors
- Complete documentation for quality and production requirements
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience
- Electrical/electronic control panel assembly experience required
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics
- Strong knowledge of controls, instrumentation, PLC boards, drives, and motor controllers
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
