Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Will support a production line in a manufacturing setting.  Doing a visual inspection and solder touchup on computer boards. Reworking other boards as well. Working on a computer with propriortary software, a microscope and solder iron. Working with team and team lead to provide efficiency and spedd in a safe, high quality enviroment.

Required Skills and Education

Solder Certified, preferably advanced solderer. Will need to work under a microscope a good part of the day. Work in a team enviroment, but also be able to work independently and find work when there may not be any in front of you. 

Preferred Skills and Education

Punctual, dependable, willing to work OT when available. Mon thru Thurday shift 5am to 3:30pm. Great disposition, eager to learn. Computer skills

Typical Education and Experience

Typically a High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience
