We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler II to join our team. This role involves performing routine electrical assembly operations on components and subassemblies using schematics, drawings, and a variety of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics to assemble machine components.
Wire sub-panels, mount panels to machinery, and connect components.
Perform troubleshooting and testing as needed.
Enter job details into tracking systems (M2M and traveler).
Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and tools.
Set parameters on components such as temperature controllers or inverters.
Assist with facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of electrical assembly experience, or a combination of technical education and experience.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly practices.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Professional demeanor and adherence to company policies.
Frequent standing (up to 80% of the workday).
Regular use of fine motor skills and hand/finger dexterity.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. with wheels and 40 lbs. without wheels.
Must be comfortable working in environments with loud noise, heat, cold, and occasional vibration.
Primarily indoors (100%).
Exposure to loud noise (up to 95%).
Occasional exposure to hot, cold, wet, or toxic materials.
