Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of prototype military vehicle electrical and electronic systems. This position will focus on wire harness fabrication, electrical assembly, high-voltage systems, and vehicle integration within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, install, modify, and repair electrical harnesses and wiring systems.
  • Perform soldering, crimping, and connector assembly.
  • Assemble and integrate electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
  • Support troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems.
  • Work with military-grade connectors including D38999, Deutsch, and related series.
  • Assist with high-voltage system installation and diagnostics.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with electrical harness fabrication and repair.
  • Strong soldering and crimping experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with electrical assembly tools and test equipment.
  • High-voltage electrical system experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Military vehicle assembly or modification experience.
  • IPC or related electronics certifications.
  • Experience with generators, motors, and vehicle electrical systems.
  • Forklift, crane, or rigging certifications are a plus.
  • Experience operating military vehicles is a plus.
