Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembler for our client on the West side of Madison. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and has strong electrical assembly experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small electrical component boxes and assemblies
• Strip, cut, and crimp wires
• Perform soldering work (required)
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
• Measure materials accurately before cutting
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process

Qualifications:

• Previous soldering experience is required
• Experience with electrical assembly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience in medical equipment assembly or similar manufacturing environments is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift – Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, ending between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM
