What You’ll Be Doing:
Layout and wire industrial electrical control panels
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wire panels from prints
Interface machines on the shop floor from boxes to connection points
Help check I/O on initial start-up of press
Troubleshoot any issues with initial start-up of press
Tear down, label and prepare electrical for shipping
Assist with other tasks associated with working in a manufacturing environment
Read and understand company policies.
5S familiar
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical school a plus
Minimum of 2 years’ electrical/wiring control panels experience
Understand electrical components and electronics
Ability to read schematics and wire panels from prints
Industrial Manufacturing experience
Must have the ability to travel (approximately 10% of the time)

Work Environment
This position operates in a plant environment. The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of conditions within the plant. The noise level is usually moderate. Will be exposed to manufacturing conditions including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
