Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel assembly drawings
  • Build, wire, and assemble electrical control panels with a high level of accuracy and quality
  • Install completed panels into electrical enclosures and integrate them into finished systems
  • Perform inspections and identify discrepancies or non-conformances
  • Conduct point-to-point testing and assist with system testing activities
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience building and wiring electrical control panels
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems for production tracking and documentation

Preferred:

  • Point-to-point testing experience
  • Basic conduit installation and electrical wiring experience
  • Experience with soldering, connectors, wire termination, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial assembly environments
