Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team in North Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in electrical work while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Working alongside experienced electricians and maintenance professionals, you will assist with the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and industrial equipment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to working safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
• Help troubleshoot electrical issues on industrial and manufacturing equipment.
• Pull wire, bend conduit, terminate devices, and assist with panel installations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install lighting, motors, controls, and electrical components.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and electrical codes.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and hand tools.
• Previous construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or electrical experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or elevated platforms when needed.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
