Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric motors.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of electric motors.
• Disassemble and reassemble motors and related components as needed.
• Test and inspect motors to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Proven experience as an Electric Motor Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and motor mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
