What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work directly at customer industrial facilities, providing expert service and support on a wide range of rotating equipment including electric motors, pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, gearboxes, and dust collectors.

Electric Motors

  • Troubleshoot electric motor issues in the field
  • Remove and install motors of all sizes
  • Perform condition inspections
  • Execute large and small motor outage work
  • Conduct bearing repairs and replacements

Pumps

  • Remove and install industrial pumps
  • Adjust packing glands and mechanical seals
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues

Blowers & Fans

  • Perform general inspections and repairs
  • Replace bearings
  • Conduct condition assessments and troubleshooting

You’ll be the trusted technical expert on-site — interacting with customers, managing multiple tasks, and solving problems independently.

What You Bring

  • Safety-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience with industrial equipment
  • Strong understanding of electric motors, wiring, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of blowers and pump systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Your own general personal hand tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel and work out of town with overnight stays
  • Professional communication skills when interacting with customers

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills

  • Predictive maintenance experience
  • Vibration data collection
  • Motor and fan balancing
  • Laser alignment
  • Infrared thermal inspections
