We are currently hiring a FT EHS&S Specialist at our Cincinnati, OH Brewery
At The Boston Beer Company, safety is a core value. The Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Specialist supports and advances programs that protect our coworkers, visitors, and communities while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This role partners closely with brewery leadership, supervisors, and coworkers to foster a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
The EHS&S Specialist will work collaboratively across the Cincinnati Brewery, engaging with internal teams and external partners—including regulatory agencies, consultants, and insurers—to support operational excellence and responsible corporate citizenship.

Provide on-site EHS&S support across operational shifts, with flexibility to support evenings or weekends as needed

At The Boston Beer Company, and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the posted range reflects the earning potential for the position and spans from $44,000 to $87,000. Starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, and geographic location and typically falls below the top of the range to allow for growth over time.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
