Job Overview:

EHS Manager

Location: Watertown, WI

Our cleint is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Pepsi‑Cola, Mountain Dew, Klarbrunn, Bubbl’r, and other top beverage brands, and is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join their team at their Watertown facility. This is a direct hire opportunity for a safety‑focused professional who is passionate about compliance, training, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Pay:

Up to $90,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 5:30am–2:00pm

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee a compliant Process Safety Management (PSM) program

• Monitor and uphold all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance standards

• Manage hazardous and non‑hazardous waste streams in accordance with regulations

• Conduct detailed incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning

• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees

• Stay current on all applicable regulations including DOT, OSHA, EPA, and related compliance requirements

Qualifications:

3–5 years of EHS or safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety‑related field preferred

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations, hazardous materials handling, and emergency preparedness

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication, organization, and training skills
