The role:

As a EHS Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

• Effective implementation of Site EHS policies and procedures.

• Ensure Compliance to all EHS legislation and JM group EHS requirements.

• Carry out EHS audits and Inspections on day to day basis and proactively lead EHS improvement plans at Site and help achieve the target of Zero EHS incidents.

• Plan, Organize and Provide EHS training to employees, contractors, visitors wherever necessary.

• Co-ordinate with all departments on conducting EHS risk assessments/PHA in their respective area/new projects, ensure control measures are completely implemented and track the action items.

• Maintain statutory testing data, inspection, records and submit to statutory authorities as per legal requirements related to EHS function.

• Investigation of accidents and dangerous occurrences, ensure that the root cause is identified, and corrective actions are implemented and communicated across the relevant personnel.

• Maintaining appropriate statistics on the facility’s EHS performance and forwarding regular report to management

Key skills/qualifications that will help you succeed in this role:

• Extensive experience within an EHS role in the Chemical Industry.

• Relevant EHS qualifications

• Knowledge/experience of risk assessments/HAZOPS

• Proven experience as an EHS Leader
