EHS Manager

Job Summary:

My client is one of the largest air conditioning provider in the world! You would be directing EHS activities for the entire plant to ensure achievement of goals. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 4001 and other regulatory compliance. You would be a spearheading initiatives in relation to zero incident EHS culture, investigations, risk assessments, training and ownership of OSHA 300 log.

Currently we have 3 shifts, you would be working day shift but the expectation is that one would at a minimum come in at least 2x a month at the end or beginning of the shift to show face as the manager. This role is about 70% on the floor and 30% at the desk.

Job Details:

• Direct Hire – Columbia, MO

• Salary Range: $95,000 to $105,000

• Available Shifts: Day Shift

• Schedule: M-F
