Position Overview
As a Warehouse Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will maintain the safety programs under the direction and functional guidance from the Regional EHS Manager, and will be responsible for successfully integrating EHS into the functional operation of the facility by implementing systems, processes, and procedures to prevent injuries, ensure compliance to company safety policies, and minimize the environmental impact of our operations, while working to supervise and conduct accident investigations through root cause analysis.

Day shift - 8am to 4pm , 5days a week
- Create high service and productivity expectations among leadership, monitor individual and team performance, and take action to correct performance gaps and address improvement opportunities.
- Assess daily and weekly work habits, identify trends in workers' compensation accidents, and direct the allocation of people and best safety practices to address identified issues at assigned distribution center.
- Maintain a safe environment for team members and visitors at the assigned distribution center in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Review and evaluate the performance of hourly associates to maintain safety standards
- Assess business conditions, evaluate business needs, and take action to address opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and enhance safety and security results of assigned distribution center.
- Collaborate with the on-site customer to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained in the distribution center.
- Provide immediate attention to Safety incidents and injured employees.
- Manage the Zero In - Safety Program, administer training for employees and leadership team.
- Travel Required: Limited
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in retail operations, distribution, supply chain, security, safety management, and/or related field
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Possess the ability to communicate complex and detailed information clearly and effectively, whether verbally, through telephone conversations, in person, or in writing.
- Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven work environments.
- Excel at managing multiple tasks and organizing and coordinating activities in complex situations.
- Experience in Health and Wellness dealing with muscle discomfort recovery.
- Ability to manage the Strain Management Program successfully in the facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
- Associate and/or bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiolog or related field.
- Athletic Training Certifications (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ATC, or related)
- OSHA 30 Certification - General Industry
- Bilingual
- CPR/ First Aid/ and AED Certified
