Job Description

The IT Program Manager Lead will manage the organization's portfolio of interdependent IT projects. The Program Manager will also oversee all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. The lead supervises individual project managers and ensures accurate resource allocations throughout the program. The lead also leads multidisciplinary personnel teams at various levels, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
  • At least 8 years of related experience is necessary. 
  • Good understanding of the business cases behind the company's portfolio of projects is a must. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies like AI / ML, MARTECH, and best practices in e-commerce, while sharing knowledge and driving innovation within the organization. 
  • Solid B2B E-Commerce Business Solutions knowledge is required, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales. 
  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end e-commerce solutions, encompassing user experience, product catalog management, shopping cart functionality, payment gateways, order management systems, and logistics integration. 
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations, providing insights and actionable recommendations for optimization. 
  • Create a detailed business analysis document that can outline the problems, opportunities, and solutions. 
  • Project budget analysis and reporting, estimation, and resource planning are part of the responsibilities. 
  • Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.
