As an Early Career Field Service Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work from Cranberry Township, PA, or one of our regional offices in Tinley Park, IL, Charlotte, NC, Warren, NJ, Houston, TX, or Riverside, CA. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customer sites, commissioning advanced automation systems, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and helping bring critical infrastructure projects to life.
This is more than a traditional engineering role. You'll travel, solve problems in real time, work alongside experienced engineers, and see firsthand how your work helps deliver reliable power and clean water to communities across the country.
Through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-leading technologies including virtualization, simulation, and remote support platforms, you'll build the skills and experience needed to launch a rewarding engineering career.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
