Based out of Hawaii, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams associated with our Western Canada Offices to contribute to government and privately-owned infrastructure projects with significant field programs. Your location is Hawaii is attractive because when our field crews end their workday and a variety of tasks need to be completed, it is still normal business hours in Hawaii.
This will be a temporary 12 month position with expected full-time or near full-time hours. There is an opportunity for contract extension. The position does not require you to work in a Jacobs office.
You will review aquatic data collection efforts and provide technical support for the duration of construction. You may also assist with the development of methodology, technical reports, and regulatory applications as needed. This is a science-based role, and the effective candidate will be considered a technical expert and demonstrate their ability to defend the technical rigor of their work.
