At Tyson Foods, Safety is ALWAYS First. All Team Members are expected to follow established safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times. All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

We are seeking dependable, safety‑focused individuals to support our Material Handling departments. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely loading and unloading of materials using powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and stand‑up lifts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift or stand‑up lift to load/unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
  • Store materials in designated locations and pull products for production and outbound loads.
  • Work in a cold, damp environment with temperatures ranging from 28°F–42°F.
  • Perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and frequent pushing/pulling/lifting up to 40 lbs, and occasionally 70+ lbs.
  • Stand, walk, and operate equipment for the majority of the shift.
  • Work up to 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Complete Tyson Foods’ powered industrial truck training (required for qualification).

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum six (6) months of prior warehouse forklift operating experience
  • Experience may come from multiple employers as long as it totals at least six months
  • Must successfully complete Tyson Foods powered industrial truck training
  • No rehires accepted
