Job Description

At Work Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Associate to join the online sales and marketing team of a growing retail and distribution company in Austin, TX. This position will primarily support Amazon Marketplace operations and will report directly to the E-Commerce Director. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Amazon Seller Central account while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines

• Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings, including variations, merged listings, and product content

• Research keywords and optimize listings for SEO, search visibility, and conversion performance

• Write and maintain product descriptions, titles, and listing content

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and manage A+ Content and Amazon Storefront modules

• Partner with internal teams and third-party advertising partners on Amazon advertising strategies and campaigns

• Create and resolve support tickets through Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry

• Maintain weekly and monthly sales and performance reports for analysis and review

• Assist with campaign performance tracking, product launches, and marketplace growth initiatives

• Cross-train on additional e-commerce platforms and provide backup support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace experience

• At least 1 year of direct experience working with Amazon Marketplace/Seller Central

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required

• Basic mathematical and analytical skills, including understanding margins, discounts, and profitability

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and Walmart Marketplace

• Experience creating and managing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Storefronts

• Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization

• Experience supporting Amazon advertising campaigns and performance analytics

• Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or rapidly growing business environment

Additional Information

• Full-time position

• Pay range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour DOE

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

• This is not a remote position. Candidate must be a current Austin area resident.
