Job Description

SFS Group USA, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader, E-coat Department to join our team in Exeter Township, PA.  You will be a key member of the manufacturing leadership team by focusing on leading a team to proactively support continuous improvement, productivity, and safety-oriented projects to further business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, monitor and improve teamwork.
• Lead with safety in all aspects of machinery operation.
• Supports hiring, training, and retaining employees. 
• Inspect parts and follow SFS inspection processes for quality. 
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance process.
• Prevents and detects potential quality problems by following the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
• Responsible for team meetings on a regular basis & information of the team members
• Administrative tasks as required- reporting, timekeeping, hiring and disciplinary documentation, processing timecards, etc.
• Monitors and enforces cleaning of assigned equipment & area.
• Works with production planning to maintain a high delivery service level.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in the Warehouse management system
  

 The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Min. 2 years in manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role with ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving productivity goals
• Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software
• Safety-first mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
