OnsiteOur Digital Technology (Digital) organization ensures that RTX teams across the globe can communicate, collaborate, and innovate for customer success. As a Collins Digital Technology Program Work Environment (PWE) Services Section Manager, you will collaborate and partner with a diverse cross-section of Digital, engineering, cybersecurity, and program leadership partners, in support of multiple Collins Strategic Business Units, such as Mission Systems.
** This position is onsite in Richardson, TX. **
What YOU will do:
You will develop and lead a high-performing team of five (5) system administrators to enable program execution across engineering lab and factory related environments.
You will establish a vision, set direction and lead a team that aligns with our Collins vision, strategy, values, and behaviors.
You will partner across Digital peer groups and other RTX functions to drive new technology insertion, sustainment direction, and support programs through the entire lifecycle
You will assign and monitor projects and tasks, manage and record employee performance.
You will create and submit periodic status reports and accomplishments to the next level of leadership.
You will administer time reporting, training, recruiting, orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
Experience with workforce planning and resource management.
This role is based in Richardson, Texas. This position will require on-site work presence but will allow for some work for home opportunities.
Up to 10% travel
Qualifications you must have:
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience. In absence of degree, minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Must have active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
Experience with IT System Administration duties
Experience managing, supervising, or leading a team.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Knowledge of DFARs, CMMC, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG requirements and controls.
Experience in DT Infrastructure and/or Computing technologies
Experience in leading the delivery of technical capability (SW/HW Dev, Digital Operations, etc.) within a program environment.
Applicants with non-STEM degrees will be considered if the individuals have relevant technical and leadership experience.
Experience in MS Windows and Linux OS Operating environments.
Experience with workforce planning and resource management highly valued.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Cybersecurity
Demonstrated ability to partner engagements with program stakeholders, external DoD customers, and overall relationship excellence.
Demonstrated effective communication skills, with ability to influence and drive change.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks and initiatives.
Experience managing teams in an Agile environment.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
