Responsibilities

• Lead moving crews in packing, loading, unloading, and organizing items with precision and care.
• Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other heavy-duty trucks with manual transmissions.
• May be assembling restaurant equipment using hand/power tools
• Plan and execute route driving schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle safety checks, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Supervise team members to uphold safety standards, proper lifting techniques, and efficient workflow throughout each job.

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving, moving services, or warehouse operations.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment safely.
• Assembly experience
• Use of hand or power tools
• Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices.
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling of goods.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.
