Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver / Event Setup Associate to support daily operations. This role involves loading event equipment, driving 26-foot box trucks to customer sites, and assisting with on-site setup and breakdown of materials such as tents, tables, and chairs. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load trucks with event equipment and supplies each morning
• Safely operate and drive 26-foot box trucks to event locations
• Transport tents, tables, chairs, and other materials to customer sites
• Assist with unloading and organizing equipment at job sites
• Set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, and related event equipment
• Follow setup instructions to meet client specifications and company standards
• Ensure all equipment is handled properly to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience driving 26-foot box trucks strongly preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs regularly)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working early mornings, long hours, and occasional weekends
• Team player with good communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of equipment
• Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $22.00 per hour
• Opportunity for consistent hours and overtime depending on event schedule
