Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver Class C to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate Class C vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle mileage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Excellent driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
