Essential Functions:

• Drive commercial motor vehicle to deliver products to customer locations as dispatched

• Follow appropriate safety procedures to ensure vehicle and driver are always in safe operating status.

• Inspect and secure loads to ensure the safe transportation of goods

• Maintain accurate records of shipment as required by FMCSA, DOT, State, and Local laws

• Maintain driver licensing in accordance with legal requirements and compliance

• Provide customers with friendly, professional service focused on quality performance.

• Ensure proper handling of inventory, cash, and assets on a daily basis.

• All other tasks that are reasonably assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class D License and ability to qualify for DOT med card

• Clean driving record for previous 36 months

• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while operating safely

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift 40 lbs with or without accommodation on a regular basis
