Job Description

This role sets up and operates drilling and milling equipment, interprets blueprints and shop orders, performs quality checks, and supports accurate production through proper measurements and material handling.

Drilling & Milling OperatorResponsibilities:

• Set up and adjust impact wrenches, drilling machines, and milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop orders.
• Layout or block up jobs according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks using appropriate measuring devices.
• Operate a forklift to support material handling.

Drilling & Milling Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use calipers, protractors, and squares.
• Forklift certification.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
