As a DRAM and Emerging Memory Quality and Reliability Engineer at Micron, you will support qualification and monitoring of DRAM and Emerging Memory products, help develop product reliability methodologies, and respond to product deviations as they pertain to quality and reliability. You will establish and enforce quality and reliability requirements through robust testing and analysis of device characterization data and device issues.

In this dynamic role, you will manage production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production. Additionally, you will interface with design, process, test, and reliability engineering to solve problems, sustain products with cost reduction and yield improvements.

Responsibilities

Generate Reliability Test Flows

  • Review new design specifications
  • Generate and verify test flows as requested
  • Debug issues encountered during the flow’s development
  • Perform test optimization
  • Review device characterization data to insure both it and the reliability flows are functioning properly.
  • Work with other teams to review characterization data collected for final device qualification

Failure Analyzation

  • Determine relevant fails requiring resolution for qualification
  • Work with other teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures

Test Floor Support

  • Find opportunities to provide optimization on the test floor
  • Help establish priorities on the test floor for device qualifications and experiments
  • Debug hardware issues seen on the test floor

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming
  • Familiarity with semiconductor device physics
