About Our Team:
Micron’s DRAM Product Development team is dedicated to driving best-in-class quality and reliability across our portfolio. We collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring our products meet the highest standards for performance and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on managing and mitigating product-specific risks related to quality and reliability in DRAM. The position involves deep technical engagement across teams, driving resolution strategies, and optimizing test flows to support Micron’s quality goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective monitors and test coverage for risk mitigation.
Document product-specific risks and align mitigation strategies across the DRAM portfolio.
Lead deep-dive problem solving for quality and reliability issues, acting as a subject matter expert.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions on affected products.
Partner with engineering and quality teams to optimize test flows from probe to system testing.
Represent the DRAM team in forums to drive improvements in DPM and Field FIT performance.
Support failure resolution, high-volume manufacturing problem solving, and global quality mentoring.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
Strong facilitation and communication skills for complex technical topics.
Proven analytical and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights from data.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with quality assurance protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GMPs, ISO).
Familiarity with statistical process control and inspection procedures.
Ability to identify trends and recommend corrective actions in manufacturing environments.
Experience advising leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
Background in technical outreach or mentoring within global quality teams.
