Location: Onsite – Franklin, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Door Production Manager Role

Huskey is looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our door production operation. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate, and on-time product in a safe, organized, and disciplined manufacturing environment.

You will be on the production floor daily—setting direction, removing obstacles, holding the team accountable, and driving continuous improvement. If you value structure, ownership, and results, this is a key leadership opportunity.


What You'll Do as a Door Production Manager

  • Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets
  • Translate production schedules into clear, executable plans
  • Monitor workflow in real time and remove bottlenecks quickly
  • Drive quality standards and reduce defects, rework, and waste
  • Manage labor productivity, staffing, and overtime
  • Ensure materials are staged and production-ready
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop (5S discipline)
  • Track and improve KPIs (output, quality, labor, inventory, cost)
  • Partner with scheduling, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams
  • Coach, develop, and hold supervisors and team members accountable

  • Manufacturing leadership experience (doors, millwork, or building products preferred)
  • Strong operational mindset—organized, process-driven, and disciplined
