NW Industrial Staffing is looking for qualified candidates to fill a **Door Production and Assembly **position with a local door and window manufacturer. Door Production Employees cut doors and jambs, operate door machines, and use other power and hand tools to create quality finished products for our customers.

What we are seeking:

• 2+ years working in a production environment (preferably wood).
• Great math and measurement skills.
• Previous experience using saws, hand and power tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing and manufacturing principles.
• Precision and attention to safety.
• Heavy/repetitive lifting 60 lbs. on average (up to 100 lbs. on occasion with help).
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8 hour shift.
• Communicating effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
• A great attitude, work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Eugene, OR. 97402
• Shift: Days
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8AM to 4:30PM
• Pay: $18/h to $20/h (DOE)
