Domestic Sales Coordinator

Schedule:

Full Time: 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday – Friday 

Position Summary: 

Support staff to both outside sales and customers.  Complete final quote and bid documents that are sent to customers.    

Position Responsibilities: 

• Assist sales engineers as needed
• Organize and prepare quotations and mailings as directed by the sales engineers/managers
• Use LECO Quote System for quoting
• Use of Oracle system for reviewing/processing orders, pricing, inventory, etc.
• Maintain sales databases (Sales Force)
• Complete vendor survey/bid forms as needed
• Prepare reports for sales managers
• Sort and distribute mail
• Other duties as required

Position Requirements: 

• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Computer literate
• Organizational skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Office experience

Education/Certifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
