We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Specialist - Pipeline to join our team in Parma, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and organizing documentation related to pipeline projects. Responsibilities

Review and organize pipeline documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports and manuals.
Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information and updates.
Implement document control processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, for easy access to documents.
Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide support in training team members on document management best practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Proven experience in document management or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with pipeline industry standards and regulations is a plus.
