We are hiring a Dock Coordinator who values accuracy, organization, and clear processes. This role is ideal for someone who prefers structured work, defined expectations, and the satisfaction of keeping operations orderly and predictable.

**What You’ll Do

**

• Arrange and coordinate outbound shipments from the BCI dock

• Enter and maintain shipping and operational data accurately

• Review documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies

• Communicate with supervisors and lead personnel regarding issues or scheduling changes

• Follow established work instructions and company procedures

• Assist with additional dock and administrative responsibilities as needed

You will serve as a steady point of coordination between the dock, supervisors, and documentation systems.

**What We’re Looking For

**

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and computer systems

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to follow written instructions consistently

• Basic math proficiency

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Dependable attendance and professional work habits

This position requires someone who works carefully, verifies information before moving forward, and takes pride in accurate documentation.

**Physical & Work Environment

**

• Standing and moving more than half of the shift

• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and manual coordination

• Ability to sustain physical activity throughout the workday

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, industrial heat, and occasional loud noise
