Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Assist customers with the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and the effects of different products.
• Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and compliant with all local regulations.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid OLCC marijuana worker permit.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
