In this role, you will coordinate service calls and installation schedules, manage daily technician dispatching, provide proactive customer support, track job progress through completion, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can successfully balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
