The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, be able to remain calm and collective and react quickly to emergency situations, with minimum supervision. You will be the point of contact between union drivers and the manager. You will also assist with answering a multi-phone line and assist walk-in customers with placing orders, picking up or dropping off rented equipment and creating quotes/estimates. Helps in billing as well when needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
