PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: | |
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Complete all relevant company web-based training.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department.
- Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by manager.
- Manage and assist with various tool reports such as, tools out, down and dirty and tools shipped.
- Coordinate with shop supervisors, shop manager and sales team for tool requirements.
- Responsible for keeping all incoming and outgoing racks organized and ensuring tools are on proper racks.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by facility manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: | |
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of dispatch experience preferred

- Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
- Normal work schedule is 7am – 6pm Monday thru Friday and is subject to change due to demands. Manager may change schedule depending on needs. May have to work some weekends.
