Director of Sales – Commercial Egg Industry
Location: Arizona or Colorado
Industry: Commercial Egg Production / Food Distribution
Compensation: $150K Base + Performance Bonus
Position Overview
A growing company in the commercial egg industry is seeking a Director of Sales to drive revenue
growth and expand distribution across key buyer segments. This role is ideal for a sales leader who
understands the egg and food distribution markets and has existing relationships with key buyers. The
Director of Sales will build and mentor a high-performing sales team while expanding the company's
market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share.
• Develop new business and expand existing key accounts.
• Leverage existing industry relationships and a book of business.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and foodservice partners.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade associations.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure consistent supply.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of sales experience within food, agriculture, protein, or egg industries.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Existing relationships with egg buyers, food distributors, or foodservice companies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
