Description
The Director of Rebuilds builds and executes the company’s strategy for machine and component rebuilds, growing rebuild revenue and making Riggs the first choice for customers who want to extend the life of their equipment. The Director owns the rebuild program from start to finish, from identifying opportunities in the machine population to selling, quoting, scheduling, and delivering every rebuild on time and on budget. As part of a Perfect Branch, the Director leads by example in living the Riggs Way — Urgent, Selfless, Excellent — building a rebuild program that delivers unmatched value for clients, a home for employees, and service to the community, consistently and not occasionally.
