Job Overview:
**Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, delivery performance, and financial objectives.
- Promote a strong safety-focused culture while driving operational metrics such as on-time delivery, product quality, throughput, labor efficiency, cost control, and rework reduction.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, production capacity, and workflow optimization to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to streamline operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management practices.
- Develop and execute the manufacturing operations strategy by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), actionable plans, and budget oversight to improve profitability and operational performance.
- Ensure operational preparedness for the implementation of new technologies, equipment, capabilities, and product introductions while supporting effective change management.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to drive seamless execution, resolve production challenges, and address customer escalations effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership teams by fostering accountability, urgency, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as a key representative of the facility for employees, customers, and senior leadership.
**Qualifications:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership roles.
- Extensive experience managing production operations in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success working in high-volume, precision-driven, and technologically advanced manufacturing settings.
- Proven ability to improve production systems and operational processes through structured execution and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills across diverse teams and environments.
- Exposure to regulated manufacturing standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, ITAR, CGMP, CMMC) is preferred.
- Experience supporting production growth, process expansion, and the introduction of new product lines, equipment, or technologies.
