Responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and management in providing life-cycle support for fixed-wing aircraft, total aircraft system maintenance, repair, modification, service, and logistical support; Responsible for aircraft management tools and processes, schedule, cost, and quality performance; Develops control systems to measure performance and identify potential problems

  • Level of Experience Required: 20 years minimum Aviation Maintenance experience; 12 years experience in a management position; 5 years working similar programs
  • Education Level Required: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited 4-year college or university in Business or related field preferred; Equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Qualifications Required: Risk Mitigation experience, technical program and project planning techniques, managing to schedules and program execution; Familiar with Process Based Management


Certifications Required: FAA A&P license with an IA required; Secret security clearance
