- Understanding of the American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practices (i.e. API RP80, RP500, RP1165, RP1167, 1168).
- Fluent with economic parameters and evaluation including IRR, NPV, WACC, DFCF, discount rate, risk rate and pay-back period.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. and use/operation of standard office equipment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES |
This role will have director level responsibilities over the Gathering and Compression departments. Supervises two (2) or more Full-Time Employees regularly.
Responsible for regularly making decisions and/or recommendations concerning: - Setting goals, expectations and objectives.
- Setting or adjusting work hours.
- Plan, appoint, and direct the work.
- Recommend advancement, promotions, or other changes in status.
- Handle complaints/grievances and disciplinary issues.

Both Office and Field Related: - Job is performed in both the office and in the field work environment.
- Approximately 90% in the office and 10% in the field.
This position may be subject to: - Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
- Extreme Cold and Heat: temperatures typically below 32o F or above 100o F for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow, and humidity.
- Noise: there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Vibration: exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
- Confined Space: work areas large enough for individual to enter, limited means of entry or exit, and not designed for continue occupancy.
- Hazards: includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals, combustibles, explosives, etc.

- Available for responsibilities on weekends and holidays for urgent issues or emergencies during off hours, as needed.
