Job Description

The Director of Lean & Enterprise Transformation leads the design, deployment, and sustainment of the OHD Lean Operating System across eight U.S. manufacturing plants. This role ensures operational excellence by embedding Lean thinking, leadership discipline, and customer value creation into every process. Responsible for measurable improvements in productivity, cost, safety, quality, and engagement, this leader will partner with Plant Managers and functional executives to drive enterprise transformation through system governance, capability development, and cultural adoption.
