The Director, Healthcare Marketing and Business Development will own the end-to-end brand strategy, commercial execution, and financial performance of our healthcare nutrition portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and full P&L accountability. The ideal candidate is a builder who can scale brands, translate strategy into commercial results, and lead cross-functional teams to drive sustained revenue and profitability in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Pay Range: $160,000 – $185,000 annually + Bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to support work-life balance
Location: Remote
Travel: Approximately 15 % - 20 %

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Own full P&L responsibility for the healthcare nutrition portfolio, accountable for revenue, margin, and growth performance.
• Develop and execute a growth-focused brand strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and loyalty among healthcare providers, distributors, and GPOs.
• Lead product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management with a clear commercial and ROI lens.
• Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs (digital, educational, events, and content) to accelerate demand and revenue.
• Partner closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Clinical teams to translate brand strategy into sales enablement tools, provider programs, and distributor initiatives.
• Leverage market research, competitive insights, and provider feedback to inform strategy and optimize investment decisions.
• Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering accountability, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Serve as a visible thought leader in healthcare nutrition, representing the company at industry conferences, provider events, and forums.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand market share and accelerate portfolio growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, Nutrition, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior marketing experience with brand leadership and P&L ownership; experience in healthcare nutrition, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of scaling brands, driving revenue growth, and delivering commercial results.
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider ecosystems, distributor channels, GPOs, and clinical adoption dynamics.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action and ROI.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-growing, evolving organizations.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
