At Helm, we're growing fast and looking for a motivated Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Operator to join our team full-time. In this hands-on role, you'll operate and maintain high-volume DTG printing and finishing equipment, helping bring custom apparel and branded merchandise to life. You'll play a key role in keeping production on schedule while ensuring every item meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Whether you're already experienced in garment decoration or looking to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with screen printing, embroidery, DTG printing, dye-sublimation, heat transfers, or other apparel decoration methods is a strong asset. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We'll provide comprehensive training on our equipment, processes, and workflow to set you up for success.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain DTG printing and finishing equipment
• Produce high-quality printed garments that meet customer expectations
• Monitor production schedules and help ensure on-time order completion
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and print issues
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented production environment

Requirements

• Experience required as necessary to perform the duties of the role
• Previous experience in garment decoration, especially Direct-to-Garment printing, is a plus
• Experience with screen printing, embroidery, dye-sublimation, or heat transfers is highly valued
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
