Position Overview:
We are hiring
Foundry Machine Operators
to support 2nd shift operations. These roles operate and support various heavy manufacturing equipment involved in tube processing—including hot mill, draw bench, furnace, and straightening operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor industrial equipment used in steel tube manufacturing
- Work with processes such as: Hot mill piercing and forming, Draw bench tube sizing, Heat treating and furnace operations, Tube straightening and cut-off processing.
- Read and interpret measurements using standard tape measures (down to 1/16” tolerances)
- Maintain production quality and follow safety procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to keep production running
- Work in a
team-oriented, high-volume production environment
Work Environment
- Heavy industrial steel manufacturing facility
- Conditions include
heat, dust, noise, and physical work
- Hands-on role (not a “button pusher” job)
- Crane-assisted lifting (minimal manual lifting—30-50 lbs max)
- PPE required:
- Steel toe boots (metatarsal protection required—allowance provided)
- Hard cap, vest, and safety gear provided
Schedule & Shift
- Training:
1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Permanent Shift:
2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Overtime: Regular Saturday work based on production, Occasional extended shifts (10–11 hours typical), *No Sunday operations.
Training & Career Path
Paid, structured, hands-on training:
- Hot Mill: ~4 months
- Furnace Operator: ~2 months
- Bench Operator: ~1 month
- Straightener Operator: ~1 month
- Crane Operator: ~3 weeks

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a
physical, industrial environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
