## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment to ensure precision in machining.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
