Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Ensure all parts meet quality standards by conducting inspections and tests throughout the production process.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools, including lathes and mills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
